Services

When Customers use our Services, we store and process your information and information related to your use of the services (for example, VIN number, license plate, transaction history, feedback, signature, etc.) If Customer gives us access to Customer contacts, Detailed Vehicle History will store those contacts on our servers for the Customer use. This will make it easy for the Customer to look up VIN numbers, license plates, window stickers, send emails, and invite others to use the Services.

Change of Control

If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your account) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.

Correcting or Updating Your Information

You can help us maintain the accuracy of your personal information by notifying us of any changes to this information. You may contact us to request access to or correction or update of your personal information using the contact information provided in the “Contacting Us” section of this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information Deletion

If you no longer wish to use our Services, you can send a request email to our support team for the deletion of your account and we will remove all your account information and Personal Information as stated in the “Personal Information” section of this Privacy Policy from our database.

The request for Personal Information deletion consists of the following steps:

Request: You will submit a Personal Information deletion request through an email to support[@]detailedvehiclehistory.com.

Validation: The support team will validate your request and cross-check your Personal Information with their internal database. If data matches, including name, email, or phone number, they will initiate the Personal Information deletion process.

Deletion: The support team will send you an email notifying you about the initiation of Personal Information deletion, verification code, or ask for final approval.

Final Notification: After you provide your final consent, your Personal Information will be cleared from our database and you will be notified about the successful deletion via an email.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice for any reason, including to reflect changes in legal or regulatory obligations or changes in the manner in which we deal with personal information. The Privacy Policy posted at any time or from time to time via this Website will be deemed to be the Privacy Policy then in effect.
